Taiwan Excellent Brand Association (TEBA) was established in 2007 as a merger of Brand International Promotion Association (BIPA) and Taiwan Excellent Product Producers Association. Looking back on history, BIPA was founded in July 1989, and 28 yearshas passed by.

Most people are aware that it takes about 3-5 years to construct strategies, and 8-10 years of holding seminars on industrial trends. Furthermore, to build a brand culture, at least 30-50years with constant inputs are needed. Under the leaderships of previous chairmen, TEBA has moved through the past 30 years. As for plans in next 30 years, or even the next century, I personally think TEBA need to:
1.Deepen the sharing of experiences between members.
2.Enhance the image of Taiwan Excellent Brands.
3.Expand international relations by building international forums.
4.Cultivate talented young people from second and third generations businesses
5.“Expand the basic membership". "Business is not lacking seeds of innovation but lacking the soil of innovation " → create the environment to inspire creativity.

The above 5 points may have been carried out to some extent in the past. However, it is important that by the powers of TEBA bring all its members together, with using the foundations and assistance from the government, we shall find effective and efficient ways to add values to the Taiwanese brands and excellent products, for Taiwan’s next generation. This is our responsibility and commitment.
