Laser Tek Taiwan Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of surface mounted device (SMD) packaging materials, surface mount technology (SMT) equipment, laser equipment and semiconductor equipment. The Company’s products include emboss cover tapes, embossed carrier tapes, laser scribers, chip trimmers, function trimmers, electronic testing jigs, SMD chip packaging paper and plastic tapes, protective film for power line communication and scratch-resistant film, as well as testing and packaging machines, among others. The Company is also engaged in the wholesale of light-emitting diode (LED) lights. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe. |
