創立逾40年的谷源實業(AllenPack),由王谷原總經理領導,已從一家以PVC收縮膜為核心的傳統製造商,成長為兼具材料與設備設計能力的全方位包裝解決方案供應商。谷源不僅提供印刷級收縮膜材料,更跨足自動化機械設備,涵蓋套標機、貼標機、熱收縮爐及塑膠加工機械等,展現「材料+設備雙引擎」的完整布局。
王谷原回憶,父親在1980年代台灣石化業蓬勃發展之際創業,早期因原料與訂單掌握在中間貿易商手中,經營相當艱辛。直到成功調配出最適合的PVC收縮膜配方,公司業務才逐步展開。1993年,谷源生產可用於印刷標籤的收縮膜,2005年自建印刷廠,進一步強化產業鏈掌控力。2010年更跨足機械設備設計與製造,形成「材料與設備並進」的差異化優勢。
Founded over 40 years ago, AllenPack, led by General Manager Kevin Wang, has transformed from a traditional PVC shrink film manufacturer into a comprehensive packaging solutions provider integrating both materials and equipment design. Beyond producing high-quality, print-grade shrink films, AllenPack also develops automation machinery including labeling machines, shrink ovens, and plastic processing equipment—demonstrating a complete “Materials + Equipment Dual-Engine” strategy.
Wang recalls how his father started the company in the 1980s, during the rise of Taiwan’s petrochemical industry. In the early days, raw materials and orders were monopolized by traders, making business difficult. Only after developing the optimal PVC shrink film formula did the company begin to grow steadily. In 1993, AllenPack started producing shrink film for printed labels, established its own printing plant in 2005, and expanded into equipment design and manufacturing in 2010—creating a distinctive edge through integrated capabilities in both materials and machinery.
品牌挑戰 從冒名事件到差異化經營

收縮膜作為隱形材料,長期以來難以建立品牌辨識度。王谷原坦言:「包裝膜料上面沒有LOGO,誰知道是誰做的?」曾有南非貿易商採用谷源樣品贏取訂單,卻交付中國製次級品給客戶,並誤導對方「AllenPack在中國設廠」,導致聲譽受損。
這次事件促使谷源重新思考:唯有將「材料」與「設備」整合,才能建立獨特的價值主張。王谷原憑藉機械背景,帶領團隊研發自有設備,並與材料搭配銷售,逐步開發出專屬的客製化市場,讓 AllenPack 品牌逐漸嶄露頭角。
Shrink film, often an invisible component in packaging, has long struggled to build brand recognition. “There’s no logo on shrink film—who would know who made it?” Wang notes. Once, a South African trader used AllenPack samples to secure an order but later delivered inferior Chinese products, falsely claiming they were made by “AllenPack in China,” damaging the company’s reputation.
This experience pushed AllenPack to rethink its direction: only by integrating “materials” and “equipment” could it create unique value. Leveraging his background in mechanical engineering, Wang led his team to develop proprietary equipment and combine it with their film materials—opening up a customized, niche market where the AllenPack brand began to stand out.

在競爭激烈的市場中,谷源透過創新突圍。2016年,團隊推出臥式套標機,專為唇膏、眉筆、瞬間膠、雪茄等小尺寸管狀產品設計。雖非全球首創,但憑藉 速度最快、穩定度最高 的優勢,成為業界領先產品。
該設備具備全自動控制與感測功能,確保標籤精準套入;可與現有產線整合或獨立運作;速度可達每分鐘250瓶,顯著降低人工成本。憑藉卓越性能,臥式套標機於2021年榮獲台灣精品獎。
其成功也獲得國際市場青睞,包括日本美妝大廠、以色列客戶,以及日本最大印刷集團,皆主動表達合作意願。這不僅是產品力的肯定,更代表台灣製造在全球市場的競爭實力。
In a fiercely competitive market, AllenPack broke through with innovation. In 2016, the company launched a horizontal labeling machine designed for small cylindrical products such as lipsticks, eyebrow pencils, instant adhesives, and cigars. While not the world’s first, it became an industry leader with the fastest speed and highest stability in its class.
The fully automated system features precision sensors to ensure perfect label alignment and can integrate seamlessly into existing production lines or operate independently. Running at up to 250 bottles per minute, it dramatically reduces labor costs. With its exceptional performance, the machine earned the 2021 Taiwan Excellence Award.
Its success quickly drew international attention—from major Japanese cosmetics companies, Israeli clients, and even Japan’s largest printing group, all expressing interest in collaboration. This recognition underscores both the product’s quality and Taiwan’s manufacturing strength on the global stage.

“Doing Business, Making Friends” — Expanding Across Six Continents
谷源的國際化之路始於一次德國展會。王谷原憶述,當時在國際展場上遇到「貴人」指點,才開始踏入外銷市場。多年來,他秉持「與客戶做生意、交朋友」的理念,將合作建立在信任與情誼之上。
巴西一位印刷廠客戶,從創業到交棒第二代,與谷源維持深厚友誼。即使客戶退休,雙方仍保持聯繫。歐美市場則以嚴苛著稱,但谷源不畏麻煩,承接少量多樣的客製化訂單,並投資新設備滿足需求。王谷原直言:「我們做的不是一次交易,而是長期承諾。」
如今,谷源的客戶遍布六大洲,不僅靠產品,更靠「真誠」贏得市場。
AllenPack’s international journey began at a trade show in Germany, where Wang met a mentor who encouraged him to explore export markets. Since then, he has upheld a simple philosophy: “Doing business means making friends.” Building partnerships on trust and sincerity, he has cultivated long-term client relationships around the world.
A Brazilian printing customer, for example, has worked with AllenPack since founding his business, maintaining a close friendship that endures even after his retirement. In Europe and the U.S.—markets known for their demanding standards—AllenPack willingly handles small, customized orders and continually invests in new equipment to meet client needs. “We’re not after one-time deals,” Wang says. “We’re in it for long-term commitment.”

genuine sincerity.

外銷市場中,客訴往往是中小企業的難題。王谷原分享,曾有中南美洲客戶質疑材料品質,試圖藉口賴帳。谷源選擇直接赴現場,要求客戶將 AllenPack 材料實際放入印刷機測試,最終證明產品毫無問題。
這種「直球對決」的態度,讓品牌逐步累積信任。王谷原自豪指出:「至今售出的機台尚未收到任何故障回報。」結合自主研發材料與設備、以及工程師團隊的即時服務,AllenPack 已在國際市場建立優質口碑。
For many SMEs, handling customer complaints in export markets can be difficult. Wang recalls a case in Latin America where a client claimed the film was defective, assuming distance would make resolution unlikely. Instead, AllenPack sent engineers to the site and had the customer test the film directly on their printing machine—proving the product flawless.
Such a “straightforward confrontation” approach has helped the brand earn growing trust. “To this day, we’ve never received a single equipment failure report,” Wang proudly notes. With in-house R&D, vertically integrated production, and a responsive engineering team, AllenPack has built a solid global reputation for reliability and service.

As market demands evolve, AllenPack continues to invest in advanced European printing and processing technologies. Its business has expanded from vertical integration into higher value-added applications such as wine bottle sleeves, specialty packaging, and RFID label materials.
In 2025, the company will unveil a
next-generation AI-enabled labeling system at an international packaging exhibition, further highlighting its differentiated innovation and global ambitions.
